A little something for mom

My name is Kiyanna, along my personal journey with my skin I developed a love with helping people achieve their skin care goals. I started making natural products for my skin and giving away things for people to try, then signing up for markets to sell my products and I did really good to be starting something new. Then I realized “ I know nothing about skin ” although I was able to create some great products, I really needed to learn about all skin types not just my own. So I went to school to be an esthetician. Working full time and taking classes after work. I paused the business I want to start to focus on those 2 things. 

I graduated and started working at a spa but I knew I needed space for my product line I wanted to create. So I rented out my own store front space and started working on creating a retail area and a space for skin care services. 

I invested so much into this space, ingredients for product manufacturing, supplies, remodeling . Then I found out I was pregnant with my first child, of course I thought “ I can do it all “ but the morning sickness had other plans, it was really rough for me. It was a tough decision but I let my business go and stayed in my career to make sure I had a stable life for my daughter. 

Before and after I had her I began to make formulas that assisted me in my journey, belly butter and serum to avoid stretch marks, a butter for pumping. Then I was so nervous about products I put on my daughters skin so I made things for her. 

As time passed I realized what the things I created meant to me, so I thought “what if I can give this to other moms because I know I’m not the only one who feels this way” so I created a line in my daughters name. I had so much inventory and needed to clear my space…. I gave it all away and the joy on their faces made it all worth it. 

As much as I want to give up, I also want to keep going. I want my life to be meaningful. If I could gift a little care to someone else I would be so happy! 

This campaign is to keep going. To get more inventory and start over. I have set skin care and body care lines I want to create. I have my formulas, so I’m not in the beginning stages but I’m also stuck right here. Also want to do more advertising. And to keep donating products to people who need them when I’m able to do so. 

With inventory, I have a spa lined up willing to stock their shelves with my products.
