The Vision: A Legacy of the Skies

The name Aichi is born from the clouds. It pays tribute to the legendary Aichi Kokuki, the Japanese aviation engineers who redefined precision and structure in the golden age of flight. 

With the "Shadows of the Warrior in Eternal Silence" collection, we bring that philosophy from the cockpit to the wrist. We have fused the cold strength of 316L stainless steel with the delicate soul of artistic painting to create a timepiece that isn't just a tool, but a narrative of human dedication.

The Dial: Where Technology Meets the Soul

The visual heart of every Aichi is its dial. We reject mass-produced prints. Instead, we employ a unique 4-stage hybrid process:

• The Concept: An expert painter creates the original "Silent Harmony" sketch by hand.
• Digital Precision (CAD): The artwork is converted into a high-definition 3D model.
• The Micro-Sculpting (Laser): A high-precision laser engraves the metal, creating depth and textures that catch the light from every angle.
• The Human Touch (Hand-Painted): Finally, each dial is individually painted. The pigments fill the laser-etched grooves, creating organic gradients that make every single watch one-of-a-kind.

To protect the hand-painted masterpiece, we chose a High-Profile Domed Mineral Crystal.

• The Aesthetic: The gentle curve of the crystal adds a vintage, sophisticated character to the watch, creating soft distortions and reflections that bring the hand-painted dial to life from every angle.
• The Clarity: Treated with a clear Anti-Reflective (AR) coating, it ensures that the colors remain vivid and true, providing a crystal-clear view of the artwork beneath.

Built for Daily Life: 5 ATM Resilience

While the Aichi is a work of art, it is also a precision instrument built for the real world.

• Water Resistance: Rated at 5 ATM (50 meters), the case is protected against rain, splashes, and daily accidental contact with water.
• A Note on Care: To preserve the integrity of the hand-stitched leather strap and the artisanal nature of the timepiece, we recommend avoiding swimming or diving. The Aichi is designed to be a reliable companion for your daily adventures, blending durability with elegance.

Chronological Exclusivity: Your Number, Your Story

This edition is strictly limited to 10 pieces worldwide. To reward those who believe in our project from day one, serial numbers will be assigned in chronological order of purchase: 

Be the first backer, and you will receive 1/10, Be the fourth, and your watch will be engraved 4/10.

The serial number is deeply engraved on the stainless steel case back and on the metal identification card.

An Aichi watch is not merely "unpacked"; it is discovered. The Solid Pine Wood box is hand-crafted in our workshop.

• Fire Engraving: I personally engrave the Aichi logo on the exterior.
• Custom Support: Carved from a single block of wood to ensure total protection and a timeless aesthetic.

When you open the package, you will be greeted by the scent of fresh pine and the warmth of a handcrafted object. Included with your watch: the Parchment of Authenticity and the Serialized ID Card.

Service & Long-Term Care

Each ACHI watch comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, water ingress, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

The movement used in AICHI watches is based on a widely serviceable architecture and uses standard components, meaning it can be maintained by qualified watchmakers worldwide.

After the warranty period, we will continue to offer paid support and assistance where possible, and replacement parts will remain available.

Project Timeline: From Funded to Fulfilled

We believe in complete transparency. Our 10-piece limited edition requires meticulous care and personal attention to detail. This is our realistic schedule to ensure your Aichi timepiece arrives in perfect condition.

• MONTH 1: Material Procurement Campaign funds are cleared. We immediately order the core components: the Seiko NH35 movements, 316L steel cases, and premium leather straps. Simultaneously, I select the Solid Pine Wood for your artisanal boxes. This month is dedicated to receiving all necessary elements.
• MONTH 2: Creation & Craftsmanship The real magic begins. Dials are laser-engraved and hand-painted. I personally engrave the serial numbers (1/10 to 10/10) on the cases. Each pine box is hand-carved, laser-engraved, and the metal ID cards are serialized. Rigorous Quality Control and Testing are performed on every completed watch.
• MONTH 3: Secure Shipping Packaging commences. Every watch set is securely wrapped in impact-resistant materials. The parcels are shipped via fully insured Express Courier (with tracking provided). Your unique piece of "Shadows of the Warrior in Eternal Silence" begins its journey to your wrist.

Please note: These are estimated timelines, but we aim to beat them whenever possible while prioritizing extreme quality.

Risks & Challenges

As an extreme micro-artisanal project (only 10 pieces), our main challenge is not industrial production, but time.

Each watch requires hours of meticulous painting and manual engraving. Since I personally manage every stage—from dial supervision to box engraving—I guarantee a level of obsessive quality control that no factory could ever offer.

All core components (movements and cases) have already been sourced and tested. The risk of delay is minimal, and I will provide constant updates on the creation of your specific timepiece right here on Kickstarter.

Shipping & Global Delivery

Insured & Tracked: All watches are shipped via Express Courier (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx). Your shipment will be fully insured for its value and provided with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

European Union (EU) Backers: Since we ship from Italy (EU), no additional customs duties or VAT will be applied upon delivery. The price you pay on Kickstarter is final.

International Backers (Outside EU): For supporters outside the European Union, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the reward price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the backer. We recommend consulting your country's import regulations to estimate any potential costs.
