SHIPPING and FULFILLMENT

• Books are bagged, boarded, wrapped in bubble sleeves, and shipped in Gemini mailers.
• We use Backerkit as our pledge manager, so surveys and digital rewards will be distributed through them.
• Shipping is charged here on Kickstarter with your order.
• Domestic shipping is $8-10 for orders around or under 1 pound via USPS Ground Advantage, covering labor and supplies.
• If you’ve backed other Bad Bug Media/Midnight campaigns still pending fulfillment, rewards from this campaign may be combined with those for efficiency. Should this apply to you, please contact shaynarose@badbugmedia.com for reimbursement of shipping funds. Credits can be redeemed on our website or through Backerkit.
• To ensure we fulfill your pledge, fill out your survey within 2 months of its release. After 2 months, pledges with incomplete surveys are forfeited, and funds are treated as a donation. Check the email tied to your Kickstarter account for updates.

• International shipping costs depend on factors like package weight, delivery distance, and fees. In rare cases, additional costs beyond Kickstarter charges may apply. If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss covering the fees or offer a full or partial refund to reduce expenses.
