The Story Behind Mellie

I didn’t set out to create another drink, I set out to create something that didn’t exist.

For years, I’ve been deep inside the alcohol industry—formulating products, working directly with brands, and operating within the production side of the business. I’ve seen firsthand how most drinks are created: slight variations of the same formulas, packaged differently, marketed louder, but fundamentally… the same.

That’s where Mellie started.

Not as a flavor. Not as a trend.
But as a question:
