Our Story

Through our migratory beekeeping, we have the opportunity to harvest a remarkable variety of honeys, each with its own unique character, flavor, and origin, and this diversity is not only at the heart of our work but also an endless source of inspiration. For this Kickstarter project, we want to transform this natural diversity into something new and meaningful by developing a limited, small-batch collection of honey vinegar and oxymel created exclusively for this campaign. These products combine traditional knowledge with our own honey and carefully selected natural ingredients, and each recipe will be newly crafted and refined during the project, resulting in unique flavor profiles that reflect both our bees and the landscape of Burgenland. What makes this project special is that everything is made from our own honey harvested through migratory beekeeping, the recipes are newly developed specifically for this campaign, and the production is limited to small batches available only to Kickstarter backers, making it a true standalone creation rather than part of our regular product line. With your support, we will develop and test new honey vinegar fermentation processes, create original oxymel blends using herbs and fruits, produce small and carefully controlled batches, and bottle and prepare each product by hand, ensuring that every step from raw honey to the final product is carried out with care and attention to detail. This project is about creating something new from what nature provides, exploring traditional methods in a creative way, and sharing a limited handcrafted collection with people who appreciate natural products and thoughtful craftsmanship, and with your support we can bring these new creations to life and share them with you.
