It's a Horror comic anthology of stories which features tales of Cymru, a land rich with folklore and mystery. Expect tales to take place from the treacherous depths of the ocean to the shadowy corners of haunted woods, the stories within this anthology are born from the very soul of Welsh heritage.

Each will invite you to journey deeper into the dark heart of Wales, where myths are not just stories but living, breathing entities that shape the world around them.

📝PLOT

A declining Welsh village tries to revive the Mari Lwyd tradition as a harmless heritage event to attract tourists. The story follows a widowed father and son as they volunteer to help with the event which ends up taking a dark turn.

Cover Artist - Carlos Barocelli

Carlos Barocelli is a highly regarded comic artist and illustrator with over two decades of experience in the industry. Known for his intricate visuals and compelling storytelling, Carlos has collaborated with publishers and creators around the globe, contributing to an array of graphic novels and comic series.

In addition to his artistic achievements, Carlos also runs a drawing school where he mentors aspiring artists, fostering creativity and teaching the craft of visual storytelling. His passion for both creating and educating has cemented his legacy as a leading figure in the comic book industry.

Writer - Joseph Oliveira

Joseph Oliveira is a Welsh/Madeiran UK-based comic book writer, editor, and publisher, best known for his work in independent horror comics. He is the founder of AfterLight Comics, a Wales-based publishing company established around 2018.

Oliveira has built a reputation in the indie comics scene as a prolific horror storyteller, creating and overseeing dozens of titles that explore folklore, psychological horror, and supernatural themes. Notable works associated with him include:

Artist - Enio Christines

Enio Christines is a Brazilian comic book artist and illustrator known for his expressive, atmospheric artwork.

Colourist - Karla Aguilar

Karla Aguilar is a skilled comic colourist whose moody, story-driven colouring has brought a number of pages to life at Afterlight Comics.
