Zike Vault integrates directly with Apple’s Find My network, allowing you to track your SSD anytime through the Apple ecosystem. If it’s left behind at the airport, forgotten in a studio, or misplaced during travel, you can locate it with confidence.

Zike Vault SSD works directly with Apple’s Find My network, so you can locate your device anytime using your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch.

• Easy Setup: Simply open the Find My app, tap “Add Item,” and follow the instructions. Within seconds, Zike Vault appears in your Find My device list.
• Locate Your SSD Anytime: Once paired, Zike Vault becomes part of Apple’s global Find My network. You can view its location on the map, see the last known location, or get directions to find it. Even if it’s not connected to your phone, nearby Apple devices can securely help update its location.
• Find It Nearby: Misplaced your SSD? Just tap “Play Sound” in the Find My app and Zike Vault will emit a sound so you can quickly locate it.
• Lost Mode Protection: If your device is lost, enable Lost Mode in the Find My app.
  You’ll be notified when it’s found and your files remain protected by fingerprint security.
• Always Powered for Tracking: Zike Vault’s Find My battery charges automatically whenever the SSD is connected to your laptop. No extra charging cables, no battery replacements, it stays powered as long as you use it.

Zike Vault features built-in biometric fingerprint authentication, ensuring that only you can unlock and access your data. There are no complicated passwords to remember and no external software required. If someone finds your SSD, they won’t find your files.

• Locked- When Zike Vault is not in use, it stays locked. All stored data is protected, and the drive cannot be accessed without proper authentication. Simply connecting it to a computer does not grant access.
• Unlocked- With a light touch of a registered finger, the SSD unlocks instantly, allowing you to access your files without passwords or additional software.
• Access Denied- If someone attempts to unlock the device using an unregistered fingerprint, access is automatically denied. Your data remains fully protected, giving you confidence even in unexpected situations.

Setting up fingerprint security on Zike Vault is quick and fully device-based no software required.

How it works:

• When you plug in the SSD for the first time, the screen will display “Fingerprint Locked.”
• Touch the sensor to unlock and access the drive.
• The SSD remains unlocked until it is unplugged or the host device restarts.

Register your fingerprint:

• Touch and hold the sensor (do not press) to enter registration mode.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and touch the sensor 8 times.
• Once completed, your fingerprint will be registered as the admin (highest priority).

Add additional fingerprints:

• Admin authorization is required.
• After approval, repeat the same 8-touch process.
• Zike Vault supports up to 22 fingerprints.

Delete all fingerprints:

• Touch and hold the sensor with a registered finger until the delete screen appears.
• Release, then confirm using the admin fingerprint.
• All stored fingerprints will be permanently erased.

Once set up, only registered fingerprints can unlock and access your data.

To ensure stable high-speed performance and power for features like active cooling and security, Zike Vault requires devices that can provide at least 10W of power via USB-C. Zike Vault SSD features an active cooling system with two selectable modes: Auto Mode and Turbo Mode, controlled easily with a single button.

Turbo Mode- 10000 RPM

In Turbo Mode, the fan runs continuously to 10000 RPM maximize heat dissipation during sustained high-speed transfers. This mode is designed for intensive workloads, helping maintain stable performance even during large file transfers or extended use.

Auto Mode

In Auto Mode, Zike Vault SSD intelligently adjusts fan speed based on internal temperature to maintain stable performance during heavy workloads. The cooling system increases fan speed in stages as temperature rises, ensuring efficient heat dissipation while balancing noise and power efficiency.

• When the temperature is below 45°C / 113°F, the fan runs at about 4,500 RPM.
• Between 45°C / 113°F and 50°C / 122°F, the fan increases to about 5,500 RPM.
• Between 50°C / 122°F and 55°C / 131°F, the fan rises to around 6,500 RPM.
• Between 55°C / 131°F and 60°C / 140°F, the fan increases further to 8,500 RPM.
• When the temperature reaches 60°C / 140°F or higher, the fan operates at 10,000 RPM for maximum cooling performance.

This intelligent multi-stage cooling system helps maintain consistent performance during sustained high-speed transfers.

With our previous experience delivering over 50,000 units globally, we have built a reliable logistics system to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. To provide a transparent and smooth delivery experience, please review the details below:

• United States- All orders will be shipped directly from our US warehouse. This allows us to avoid additional import duties or customs fees, ensuring faster delivery and a hassle-free experience for our US backers.
• European Union & United Kingdom- For backers in the EU and UK, VAT will be included in your order. You will not be required to pay additional taxes or fees upon delivery, so you can receive your package without unexpected costs.
• Other International Regions- For backers in other countries, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.

Please note that if customs fees are refused or unpaid, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities.
