Batch 1 will be delivered in October 2026. More copies with delivery by April 2027 latest will be available once first 2500 copies have been exhausted.

The Exclusive Wooden Box Edition will be delivered with Batch 1 ONLY if we receive the name you want printed on it by the 8th of May 2026. You can send your name(s) to us on Kickstarter or contact us on support@mighty-boards.com. Should we receive this information after this date, the reward will be delivered in Batch 2 latest by April 2027.

These shipping rates are estimates based on anticipated item weights and will be charged after the campaign ends through the pledge manager. These rates are subject to change. Soon after the Kickstarter campaign concludes, you will receive an email inviting you to the pledge manager where you can confirm your address, change your pledge level and pay for shipping.

For this campaign, we will offer friendly shipping to the USA (please read carefully the note below), Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia and UK. If your country does not fall into one of these regions you may incur any additional import fees/duties as applicable by your local legislation. We will send games to our partner warehouses in these regions in order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you. Any other region will be fulfilled from the closest hub to your country. Unfortunately, import laws prohibit us from shipping games to certain countries. Our partners DO NOT SHIP TO: Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela, Afghanistan, and Cuba.

BATCH 1: Limited to 2500 copies. Expected delivery October 2026.

BATCH 2: Will be opened once Batch 1 is complete. Expected delivery latest April 2027.

US backers: We remain committed to delivering your rewards with the least possible burden on you, our backers. However, due to the fluid and unpredictable tariff situation in the US, we must reserve the right to request an additional shipping charge. This charge will be based on the actual production and import costs of your pledge level. To ensure fairness, it will only be calculated and collected closer to the delivery date, when the exact charges are known.

Malta backers: We offer a Free Shipping option for Maltese backers who want to pick up their game(s) from our office in Malta. You will be able to select this option in the pledge manager once the campaign closes.

Add-ons & extras
Each add-on adds 1 euro shipping. Total shipping costs of add-on(s) will be calculated in the pledge manager.

What about VAT?
It is important to note that VAT is a sales tax that is separate from import taxes or duties. In countries where VAT is applied, we are legally bound to collect and pay VAT on the value of the total of the pledge and shipping amount according to the VAT rates of each respective country. VAT will be charged in the pledge manager.

Please note that the pledge manager will only remain open until May 31st, giving you approximately two weeks to upgrade your pledge and add any additional items to your order. Terms and Conditions
When you pledge for our games you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

KICKSTARTER EXCLUSIVITY Anything marked Kickstarter Exclusive will not enter regular distribution. However, it might be available in limited supply as a promotional item at conventions, through contests and directly from Mighty Boards or co-publishers on their website.

REFUND POLICY Mighty Boards follows the standard Kickstarter terms for refund. This means that we will provide a full refund if the request is received within 14 days from the end of the campaign. Any request made after this period will be at the discretion of Mighty Boards and will be a maximum of 90% of the pledge cost due to Kickstarter and card fees already paid by Mighty Boards. Please note that since the Exclusive Wooden Box Editions (Limited Yotei Hokkaido Wood Edition pledge level) are personalised, these items are NON-REFUNDABLE!

RETURNING PRODUCTS If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or the package is not accepted, we will work with you to arrange possible reshipping. Please note that any additional shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the backer. Refunds for unclaimed or refused pledges may be issued at our sole discretion.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS  We guarantee that the packages you receive from us will be complete and include all the items functional and intact. In the case of any missing or damaged items, fill and send us a replacement form found in our website here: www.mighty-boards.com/replacements and we will replace everything free of charge. In the case of minor cosmetic damage to external boxes, replacement will be decided on a case by case basis.

SURVEY RESPONSE  We use Backerkit as our pledge manager. You will be required to fill a survey on that platform. We will send out several emails and updates notifying you of the deadline to fill the survey. If you do not fill out the survey by this deadline after notifications have been sent, we may not be able to send you your pledge. Refunds shall not be issued for failed delivery due to missing details, but we remain available in such cases to receive the missing details and send the items at a later date, subject to availability.

REASONABLE CHANGES TO PRODUCT We will keep testing and developing Yotei until it’s as close to perfect as possible. Due to this, and potential improvements suggested by the factory, the final product may be slightly different from the version shown on this page. By pledging to this project you acknowledge that the final game may be different from that presented in this Kickstarter campaign. Having said this, Mighty Boards will make every effort to keep the final game as close to the Kickstarter project as possible and only make changes to improve the game. Mighty Boards will also inform backers of the major changes and reasons for such changes.
