As you can see from the photos below, the injection molds are perfectly aligned. We had some slight issues with the cardstock thickness matching the box inlay slot, but we've adjusted the micrometer settings and the second run has been flawless.

We've officially signed off on the mass production run. The molds are cast, the assembly lines have our final blueprints, and our logistics partner has secured shipping routes.

Estimated Timeline:

1. Week 1-3: Fabrication and QC
2. Week 4: Assembly and Packaging
3. Week 5: Dispatch from warehouses
